Does my firm need to register with LHDN separately?
Yes — each firm that issues e-Invoices registers on the LHDN MyInvois portal itself. LexBill then connects to your LHDN account to submit invoices on your behalf. Our onboarding team assists you through the LHDN registration process at no extra charge.
Can I migrate data from my current billing system?
Yes. LexBill accepts Client/Matter data imports via CSV or Excel. Our team assists with the migration so your existing billing history is carried over correctly.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No minimum contract period. The subscription is month-to-month — cancel any time. No refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period. All onboarding assistance is included in the monthly subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How many users can I add?

Does LexBill replace our accounting software?
No. LexBill is a billing and e-Invoice system — it handles the Client/Matter billing and LHDN submission layer. It can integrate with your existing accounting system via API or export. Your accounting software continues to operate as before.
Our accounts department uses Sage UBS. Do we have to change?
No. LexBill integrates with Sage UBS Accounting (Desktop 2026) through our on-premise middleware, installed at your firm by our team. Your accounts workflow stays exactly as it is — LexBill handles the legal billing and e-Invoice layer and connects to UBS.
Does LHDN e-Invoicing apply to our firm?
It depends on your annual revenue: under HASiL's timeline (updated 30 August 2026), businesses with annual revenue or sales of RM3 million and above must issue e-Invoices, and those below RM3 million are exempt. If it applies to your firm, our team sets up MyInvois with you as part of onboarding.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Data is hosted on secure servers with regular backups. Access is controlled per-user with role-based permissions. All data transfers are encrypted. LexBill complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
