For a firm within scope, e-Invoicing is not a new PDF template — it is a change to how every invoice is issued.
For a firm within scope, each invoice must be validated by LHDN through MyInvois — on the MyInvois portal or through an API — before it counts as an e-Invoice. LexBill does it through the API, automatically, as you issue the invoice.
General accounting tools are not built around Client/Matter billing, legal disbursements or MSIC 69100 out of the box — making them fit a law firm usually means manual workarounds on every matter. Running Sage UBS? LexBill integrates with UBS Desktop 2026 directly — keep your accounts system, we connect to it.
Connecting your firm to MyInvois needs TIN verification, API authorisation and submission testing. Our team guides you through each step — most firms are submitting validated e-Invoices within days of subscribing.

Does LHDN e-Invoicing apply to our firm?
It depends on your annual revenue. Under HASiL's timeline (updated 30 August 2026), businesses with annual revenue or sales of RM3 million and above must issue e-Invoices — those up to RM5 million from 1 January 2026, larger ones earlier — and businesses below RM3 million are exempt. If in doubt, ask your tax agent. If it applies, most firms are submitting validated e-Invoices within days of subscribing.
Do we have to replace our accounting system?
No. LexBill handles the legal billing and LHDN e-Invoice layer. If your accounts department runs Sage UBS (Desktop 2026), our on-premise connector links LexBill to it — your accounting workflow stays as it is.
How fast can our firm be up and running?
Accounts are provisioned the same business day. LHDN MyInvois authorisation typically completes in under an hour with our team guiding you, and Client/Matter data imports via CSV/Excel — most firms issue their first compliant e-Invoice the same week.
